My current profession as a professor for the past 5 years has helped focus my career ambitions and motivations. I have focused on the educational efficiency around the business and telecommunications industry. The courses that I have managed and designed include the freshmen introductory telecom course, the sophomore networking course, and most importantly, the capstone senior project and the local telecom program assessment process and integration.

A full-time Associate professorship at DeVry University where I am instructing in the telecommunications course for data communication principles and designing the wide area networks course for the Spring 2003 term. I have found my current employment to be the most challenging, frustrating and rewarding.
The Executor of my family trust and business just recently inherited. A reorganization project is currently underway. I am currently organizing and establishing two companies: Thunderchild.net and JMHProperties.biz. Thunderchild.net operates as the investment, management, general consulting, and a holding company for various business interests and adventures. JMHProperties.biz operates as the rental properties and services; currently, located in Fort Scott, Kansas.
Continued education and training. My next objective is to complete a Masters degree that enhances my strategic abilities and vocation. I've completed a few initial classes at Keller Graduate (now part of DeVry University). I plan to attend Rockhurst University to complete my MBA with a focus in information technology industry and certification.
