Project Development Phase

NOTE: The team must meet with the Project Coordinator in person at the start and completion of this phase. You must discuss your project scope and contract (project description) with the Project Coordinator and Project Mentor before beginning this phase. Your must receive approval of the development phase from the Project Coordinator and Project Mentor before presenting the Project Description to the Client and proceding to the Implementation Phase.

Project teams will develop a Project Description Package (this may be the actual reply to the RFP) and make a business presentation to the Senior Project Coordinator and Client (approximately 10 to 15 minutes) that contains the following.

NOTE: The Project Description is the only document required to be presented to the client as a project deliveralbe. All other materials listed below are presented to the Coordinator and Mentor as couse deliverables. Other items should be available for review and grading either on a jazz disk or ftp site.

Once the Client has agreed to the proposed project deliverable and signed the Project Description, the PM will provide a Status Report on work to date, and the Project Implementation Phase will begin.
