Project Implementation Phase

Senior Project Workshop"

NOTE: The team must meet with or report to the Project Mentor at each milestone and inform the Project Coordinator of the project status at each milestone using the required status report. The Project Coordinator may require in-person meetings for any or all milestones.

During the implementation phase, there must be a status report for each milestone. Each status report and an accompanying updated MPP file is to be emailed to both the Coordinator and Mentor. For tracking purposes, a minimum of four to six milestones are required. A professional short-report or long-report format will be used depending on the detail needed to convey the status of the project. Reference data or reports stored on the Internet account or project management file to minimize the size of the report.

Project documentation, research, testing procedures and results will be saved. All documentation will be done in a professional manner. CYAWP!

The Project will maintain an FTP site for storage of all materials. The Project will design and document a directory structure standard and a file-naming standard for all materials.

All members are required to meet with the Project Coordinator for a mid-term review with their journal. Failure to do so will result in a grade reduction.
