Post Control Document

Introduction

The Post Control Document is a professional self-evaluation of the project and the individual team members. Not only does it provide a self-evaluation of the senior in relation to the project experience and his or hers personal growth, but it also provides student feedback for program assessment.

Each member should comment on the following areas.

• Project original objectives and accomplishments.
• Projects problems and resolutions to those problems.
• Items that that project team would do differently on a similar project.
• Management and technical skills learned as related to the Learning Contract.
• Educational experience learned from the project.
• Closing Comments

This document should follow a professional report format with a cover sheet and well defined sections. The document should be brief but thorough and not exceeding three pages of content. The items above typical of questions asked during the formal presentation and oral review.
