The SL URL is the location of a site in the Second Life world. My main location is in a region called Milda. The X,Y,A coordinates for the sites entry is,,

http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Milda/145/134/49

This will open a browser with a map view of the area and location of the SLURL. Clicking on it will oepn your VR Browser that you'll need to have or install. Once your browser is opened, there will be a box with the site infor and two buttons at the oottom, one being "Teleport". Select that to go, unless you're already there.
