The Blue Hills are the third panel in the mural. 

Tthey end of the mountains in this section. The backside of these maountains make their appearance in some of the Mech Drawings.

A two mooned planet appears in this section, but probably not the one you're thinking of.

This section of the scenery was where the waterfall was that is seen in the Rhino drawings.  It's long worn away the terrane where it was.
