The domed Cities are the fifth panel in the mural.

The Domed Cities are pictured in this section.  A number of domes are completed across this panel and the next panel. There are still activities that occure outside of the domes, as indicated by the road and long runway entering the Cities through a tunnel in the ridge of the rock cliff.  

Off World living must be nicer on a planet with water, like the one in the sky here.
